Provider evaluation requests
Policy SV-SOLICITUD-PROVEEDOR-1 · 17 October 2026
Purpose and independence
Sistema Vectorial SV accepts proposals for model and hardware evaluations at no cost to SV. A proposal, its confirmation and offered resources do not constitute a contract, acceptance of resources, authorisation of expenditure or a guarantee of evaluation or favourable results. Conditions must be explicitly agreed before any test.
Funding and contributed resources must be disclosed in the agreement and the agreed public evaluation information. They cannot purchase positions, alter the method after results are known or make publication conditional on a favourable result. Conflicts of interest must be identified and managed; this policy does not replace actual verification.
Data and purpose
The SV holder identified in this page's footer processes the representative's and organisation's declared details, proposed model or device, its declared capabilities, manufacturer and platform, reason, resources and correspondence to review and respond to the request. Do not supply identity documents, API keys, passwords, clinical records or confidential files. The request does not create an account or enrol the applicant in the SV team.
Only installation administrators and the Provider Request Review Manager role may access the private register. Confirmation establishes email control; institutional representation is verified separately before preparing an agreement. Personal request details are neither published nor included in the benchmark.
Confirmation, copy and responses
Submitting the form queues an email containing a reference and a single-use code valid for 24 hours. Only after confirmation is a full copy sent and the request submitted for review. This avoids sending the full proposal to an unconfirmed address. Opening a link does not confirm the request.
Every SV decision records its date, responsible account, status and text. Responses are sent to the confirmed email. While a request is open, a response may include a single-use code valid for seven days to supply further information through the form. Acceptance for agreement preparation does not start examinations. A closed request requires a new proposal to open another procedure.
The register distinguishes queued messages, mail-server acceptance, failure and uncertain delivery. Server acceptance does not establish that the recipient read the message. Delivery uses the installation's configured email service, which processes the address and content to deliver it. The SV email address is not displayed in the public form; received messages identify their sender.
Retention and contact
Unconfirmed requests are removed from the active register after seven days. Confirmed requests are retained for one year from submission, then removed from this register along with associated notices. Any eventual agreement and scientific evidence belong to their own records under the agreed conditions. Backups follow their separate protection and renewal cycle.
To request access, correction or deletion of your data, reply to the received email or use your request's response channel, stating that purpose. SV will verify identity before responding. Do not use this form for advertising, third-party data or bulk submissions.
